List of various machine parts; two rows of amounts, perhaps what he owed versus what he paid? One item is crossed out, with word "mistake" in front and corrected item after.
On reverse, in ink: "Mr. James Stabler. Received ten dollars on the within bill Dec 21st 1877 Joseph Bazzell for John Q Bazzell. Feb 8th 1878 Received four dollars on within bill Joseph Bazzell for John Q. Bazzell." Plus various mathematical equations (with customer names, including Magruder, Gaither, Veitch, Dorsey) on the side.
