Your letter enclosing checks amtg to $515.60 in payment of purchase money due Mr. Talbott [ ], [tenders] for the Poole lot in Darnestown by Mr. Hoskinson, duly rec'd. His deed to you has been recorded as requested and find enclosed Clerk's rec't therefor. The recording came to $1.15. I advanced the 15 cts for you.
The deed fr. us as trustees to Mr. Hilleary Hoskinson has been duly executed & left with the Clerk to be recorded when paid for viz $1.25. [signed] Yours truly, W.V Bouic Jr.
